Founder & Lead Architect

Raised amidst the construction business, Paul developed an early fascination not just with how buildings are engineered, but how they respond to their environment – the culture, landscape and history of a place.

For Paul, design is rooted in context. It is about understanding how light enters a room, how proportions feel and how a structure connects with its setting. Whether reimagining a historic building or crafting a new one, his approach balances a respect for the past with the needs of the future.

This mindset drives Cuschieri Architects. Paul leads a multi-disciplinary team of architects, designers and artists – true shapers of spaces – united by a shared dedication to context and collaboration. Together, they look beyond simple aesthetics to create spaces that feel authentic and elegant – while also built for a lasting lived experience.
